Founded by Kish Yoquelet, an educator, author, and nationally recognized federal programs consultant, Kish brings more than 20 years of experience supporting educational leaders with federal programs, compliance, monitoring, grant management, and professional development. Through consulting, training, publications, and compliance solutions, we help organizations move beyond compliance and build sustainable systems that support student success.
Today, the Kish team serves clients nationwide through practical resources, innovative compliance tools, and proven strategies designed to help educators lead with confidence.
David Lopez
Chief Operations Officer
David brings more than 13 years of experience in public education, data systems, compliance management, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Kish, he served in multiple roles within a large urban school district, including Software Administrator, Data Analyst, and Accountability Systems Analyst, where he developed systems and processes to support district-wide compliance, reporting, and program management.
As Chief Operations Officer, David leads the development of organizational systems, compliance solutions, data integration strategies, and technology initiatives that support the Kish mission. He combines his background in education, business operations, and technology to lead the development of systems, processes, and innovative solutions that strengthen organizational efficiency and support the delivery of Kish's services nationwide.
David holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University–San Antonio and is passionate about leveraging technology, data, and automation to create practical solutions that improve organizational efficiency and support long-term growth.
Sabrina Garcia
Office Manager & Bookkeeper
Sabrina serves as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Kish, where she manages financial recordkeeping, invoicing, accounts management, and administrative support functions. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure the organization maintains efficient financial and operational processes.
In addition to overseeing bookkeeping responsibilities, Sabrina assists with day-to-day office needs and provides administrative support that helps keep the organization running smoothly. Her dedication, reliability, and organizational skills make her an important part of the Kish team.
Sabrina is passionate about maintaining organized systems, supporting business operations, and contributing to the continued success of the organization.

Since 2009, her grant writing trainings have helped hundreds of education professionals achieve their grant writing goals and win for the success of their school, district, and organization. She has presented grant writing trainings for the University of Texas at San Antonio and Concordia Lutheran University. In addition, she has over 20 years of experience in education as a Kindergarten, Pre-K, and Third-grade teacher; Adjunct Instructor for San Antonio College; Grant Writer; Federal Programs Compliance Coordinator; National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Reviewer; Manager and Vice President for an education consulting firm in Austin, TX; and Executive Program Evaluator. Her certifications include Elementary, Early Childhood, Principal, and Superintendent certifications.
