Compliance! Where do you start? Ever wish fiscal compliance and documentation was easier to manage and monitor? The Title I Compliance Academy provides the blueprints to effectively understand, plan, coordinate, manage, monitor, and evaluate the complex fiscal and program compliance requirements for the ESSA, Title I program.

Day 1-March 29th-Title I Fiscal Compliance will energize and activate knowledge and skills to effectively develop, manage, and monitor Title I fiscal requirements to include: Title I eligibility, Rank & Serve, Comparability, Supplement Not Supplant Methodology, Maintenance of Effort, Procurement, District Reservations, REAP/Transferability, Equitable Services for Private Non-Profit schools Title I allocations, allowable uses of funds, Title I budget codes, and much more to connect and support the Comprehensive Needs Assessment and Schoolwide Plan (District/Campus Improvement Plan).

Day 2-March 30th- The Title I Program Compliance Academy provides the blueprints to effectively plan, coordinate, manage, monitor, and evaluate the complex and required documentation for the ESSA, Title I program with a deep dive into understanding the required Title I compliance requirements to include: Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Schoolwide Plan (D/CIP), Parents’ Right to Know, Federal School Report Card, Annual Title I Meeting, School/Parent Compact, Parent & Family Engagement Policy, Public Notice, Title I Program Evaluation, Private Non-Profit Schools, and much more.

Target Audience: Federal Programs Coordinators & Directors, Title I Specialists, Grant Administrators, Chief Financial Officers, Directors of Finance, District Administrators, Assistant Superintendents of Business & Finance, Business Managers, Title I Program Staff, State Education Agency staff, Auditors, Analysts, Parent & Family Engagement Coordinators, Principals and Assistant Principals, and anyone responsible for Title I funded programs.
