Compliance! Where do you start? Ever wish documentation was easier to manage and monitor? This three-day event will provide federal grant administrators, leaders, directors, and business managers with the tools and knowledge to close out the school year and start the new school year with compliance success. Participants will develop and refine their skills to analyze documentation for the essential components and enhance leaders’ understanding of how to meet compliance with a step-by-step process.

Parent & Family Engagement Compliance Academy This exciting and innovative training will guide attendees to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of how to manage, implement, and effectively monitor Title I parent and family engagement program compliance documentation for each of the following Title I requirements: Comprehensive Needs Assessment, Schoolwide Plan (D/CIP), Parents' Right to Know, Federal School Report Card, Annual Title I Meeting, School/Parent Compact, School/Parent Compact during Parent/Teacher Conferences, Parent & Family Engagement Policy, Value & Utility of Working with Parents-Staff Training, and Title I Program Evaluation. Additional Title I fiscal topics include: time and effort reporting, allowable/unallowable uses of funds, timeline, checklists, sample job descriptions and work schedules, home visits, Title I and parent meetings, and how to recruit and retain parents and community members for your school/district Comprehensive Needs Assessment and Schoolwide/District/Campus Improvement Plan meetings. Registration costs include a free copy of the book “Parent & Family Engagement Compliance by Design” with access to the Digital Documents Drive.
