Ducks In A Row Compliance Reviews

How It Works:

Keeping Your Compliance on Track

1. Sign Up & Get Access
Once you sign up, you'll get a special link to register and create your account on the Kish Russell Grants & Compliance website.

2. Collect Your Documents (August–October)
During the first quarter (August to October), your team will gather all the required compliance documents. Don’t worry—we’ll guide you on what to collect.

3. Upload to the DIAR Platform (First Week of November)
Your school or district point of contact will upload the documents to our secure Ducks In A Row platform by the first week in November.

4. We Review Everything
Within a week, our team will begin reviewing your documents using Kish Russell’s Compliance by Design score sheets. You'll get a detailed DIAR Discovery Report showing your current compliance standing.

5. Meet to Review & Improve
We’ll schedule a short virtual or phone call to go over your results together and give you clear, practical recommendations to strengthen compliance in each area.

6. Repeat Each Quarter
This simple, supportive process happens again in the second and third quarters—so your ducks stay in a row all year long.
